New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu

Ring in the New Year with an unforgettable dining experience! Enjoy six courses of pure indulgence: start with a Pink Mood Oyster and Cayman Lobster Bisque, followed by Seared Scallop, Grilled Blue House Salmon and Roasted Angus Beef Tenderloin. End the year on a sweet note with Sticky Toffee Pudding and Valrhona Chocolate Truffles. CI$ 160 per person (plus grats). Wine pairing is CI$ 75, including a glass of welcome Champagne.
