As the doors of The Brasserie restaurant close for August, we say farewell to longstanding General Manager, Corey Blohm. Thank you to Corey for his seven years of dedicated service to The Brasserie as GM. Corey’s passion for the hospitality and service industries has been inspirational to his team’s continued commitment to exceptional service and an integral part of The Brasserie’s success. Corey’s passion and valuable experience will be missed by both staff and customers. We wish Corey all the best in his future endeavours.

He is the man that harvests our coconuts and brings you fresh coconut water and jelly daily to the Market, Restaurant, Caboose and Juiced @ The Wicket.
