Our Harvest Dinner series is back! Kick off the season with a Cayman Thanksgiving-inspired family-style feast under the stars hosted by The Brasserie’s talented Chef Artemio Lopez and Chef Dean Max. Enjoy a welcome cocktail and canapés on arrival in the garden, followed by a three-course menu of seasonal classics reinvented with fresh local ingredients and Brasserie flair. Each course will be paired with white wine from Sicily and Tuscan reds. CI$ 145 per person (plus gratuity).
