September at the Brasserie

The doors to the Brasserie Restaurant are once again open with delicious new culinary surprises up Chef Artemio’s sleeves! Our Head Gardener Aide has filled the garden beds with fresh soil and compost and planted seedlings for the upcoming Harvest Season. We’re excited to welcome our new General Manager Michiel Bush who, along with the rest of the staff, are ready to welcome you from 11:30am – 10pm weekdays.

Together, let’s cheers to rosé’s fizzy Italian stepsister Lambrusco! Climbing the popularity ranks, this fun wine is arguably giving rosé a run for its money, and we can’t wait to share our favourites with guests at this month’s SWIRL event. For the first time the Brasserie will be participating in the Live Street Food Festival on Saturday 21 September, the day after we host Hannah’s Heroes – The Big Shave in Cricket Square. Don’t forget that we have gold ribbons in support of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month on the counter at the Market. And while you’re there, keep an eye out for our delicious Paleo and Keto desserts in the Grab & Go fridge. They are so yummy! Or for something more bubbly, you can’t go past our offer of a free Maine Root soda every time you order a Caboose lunch special. Not to mention our $5 Happy Hour food specials from 4:30pm – 6pm every weekday at the Caboose. If we’ve missed anything, let us know by writing your comments on our Food For Thought forms available at the restaurant and Market.
