Higgs & Johnson

We are so proud to welcome Higgs & Johnson to the Cricket Square family next week.  As one of the first law firms to expand outside the Bahamas through its merger with Truman Bodden & Company, Higgs & Johnson brings a wealth of expertise to Grand Cayman. With particular knowledge in mutual funds, offshore investment vehicles, insurance and capital markets transactions, insolvency, civil litigation and real estate, the firm will be a strong addition to our growing neighborhood.

Under Construction

The brand new parking lot should be completed by Christmas, which means we’ll have plenty more space come the new year. The very talented Margaret Barwick is on island helping us take care of all the landscaping in the area so you have lovely surroundings from your car to office walk.

Cayman Honey

We couldn’t help but notice the plentiful shelves stocked with Cayman Honey in and around George Town. Naturally, we have stocked up on over 30 bottles of this spectacular local product. Mr. Otto Watler has earned quite the reputation on the island for his sweet and succulent honey, produced out of his innate fascination with bees. A man who never though he would see a time when the Islands depended almost solely on imports for its food, Mr. Watler became dedicated to beekeeping and creating a honey that represents the sweetness of this great island. At The Brasserie, we are fortunate to have now filled our own shelves with his tasty golden syrup and use the distinct flavor to create delectable ice creams, accompany our charcuterie and in a range of refreshing cocktails. Eating locally tastes different and it this case, it truly tastes good.
