We all want a healthy planet for today and tomorrow and the small choices we make each day can help us get there. You’ll see it in our LEED certified building design, our lushly landscaped grounds, and our commitment to serving the the Island’s freshest, healthiest breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks – all provided by The Brasserie’s own fishing boats, laying hens, coconut plantation and beehives.
For Earth Week 2023 we’ve partnered with Slow Food Cayman to sow the seeds for the spread of our farm-to-table philosophy. Join us and special guests for a lunch and learn on edible plants, pick up fresh local produce and free seedlings from our pop-up Farmer’s Market, taste bio-dynamic and organic wines at a special edition of Swirl at The Brasserie, bring your own cup for free coffee at The Market and enjoy heavenly baked fresh breads from guest chef and artisan baker, Michael Hackman. We’ll be wrapping up the week with a Clean Up at the Airport Park on Sunday 23rd April.
