Join us for a truly fantastic four course menu as we come to the end of another bountiful Cayman harvest season. Our April Harvest dinner features guest chef and Scratch Baker, Michael Hackman, who will bring flavour and finesse to our favourite comfort food. Fresh from the oven, focaccia, sourdough and brioche, meet fresh catch crudo, line caught local snapper grilled in banana leaf, and steak fired on the Caboose grill, along with a range of mouthwatering seasonal sides and produce from the Brasserie Garden.
