March Harvest Dinner

Guest chefs Pano I Karatassos of Kyma and Pierpaolo Premoli of Pricci will take over the Caboose Grill for our March Harvest Dinner, combining the flavours of Greece and Sicily with peak Cayman Harvest produce.  Enjoy a farm-to-table feast under the stars with fresh local ingredients from the Brasserie Garden, our Brasserie Catch fishing boats, Coco Bluff plantation and our Brasserie bees. Wine pairings will be provided by Brasserie Purveyors, and selected by Master Sommelier, Simone Ragusa. Tickets are CI$150 plus grats.
