As we farewell summer and perhaps endless days of well-deserved relaxation and indulgently delicious foods, we are here to help you get back on your wellness track.
The Club’s 8-week Transformation Challenge starts on Monday 2 September; a complete and supportive wellness programme packed with weekly Lunch and Learns catered by the Caboose, and daily workouts. All Lunch and Learn presentations will be live streamed for those challengers stuck in the office.
This Challenge is open to all Club members and non-members who work in Cricket Square, and the company who signs up the most employees in a team will receive a free Wellness Day! What’s the big deal? Onsite massages, a catered Lunch and Learn, private classes and relaxation sessions and fun challenges.
For the first time, you can also add a bespoke Power & Strength Programme, Nutrition Coaching or Mindfulness Package to your basic Transformation Challenge.
The Power and Strength Programme will focus on improving your strength in the three main lifts – bench, squat and deadlift. It will include four workouts each week, plus nutrition guidance, exclusive access to a WhatsApp group and ongoing coaching and support.
What’s included in the Nutrition Coaching? A guided grocery shopping trip, weekly nutrition coaching consultations, a virtual healthy cooking class and private WhatsApp group access for continued support.
How about a weekly sound healing session after a busy summer of travel and organising children back to school? Choose our Mindfulness Package.
