It was such a pleasure to host the National Trust for the Heritage Heroes Summer Camp. Our gardeners, Aide and David, taught the kids all about our sustainable methods. With their fresh juice in hand from Juiced @ The Wicket, they toured our biodynamic and organic gardens, and Chataeu Chooks where they fed our lucky laying hens. We loved taking part in teaching Cayman’s next generation all about our eco-friendly, farm-to-garden methods. We are so glad everyone enjoyed the day as much as us!
