As part of the Cayman Cookout weekend, we’re flying in winner of UK Chef of the Year 2016, Chef Robin Gill for one night only. Owner of 4 sensational Farm to Table Restaurants in London he’ll be bringing his own brand of culinary magic to the Brasserie on Saturday 14th January, together with his apprentice, our own Chef Jack Barwick!
