Harvest Dinner

Only a few Harvest Dinners left before the end of this season’s series. Join us this Thursday, March 5th for our classic supper beneath the stars. Cooking Class

Our Cooking Classes are the best way to do brunch on island. Not only do you get an excuse to dine on 3 expertly crafted courses with wine pairings all before lunchtime, but you get to learn how to prepare these beautiful dishes and impress all of your friends and family when you replicate without a hitch. St. Patty’s Craft Beer Tasting

With St. Patrick’s Day in two weeks’ time, we thought it the perfect opportunity to host a Craft Beer Tasting at The Wicket on Friday, March 13th from 5-7pm to get you in the spirit. Sample select brews from Brasserie Purveyors while feasting on gastro pub finger fare such as corned beef “reuben” sliders, beer battered fish n’ chips, and colcannon with “Chateau Chook” eggs, plus an assortment of Irish-inspired desserts. Drop your cards into our pots of cold for the chance at winning a very special prize. It’s the kind of afternoon that makes you feel pretty darn lucky indeed. FREE Classes + Pilates & Prosecco in the Park

ENERGY is offering free demo classes all this week and it’s the perfect opportunity for you to pop over on your lunch break and check out the beautiful new studio, not to mention getting your workout complete before heading home for the day. As part of a new program, ENERGY will also be hosting a workout series at The Wicket starting with Pilates & Prosecco in the Park on Friday, March 6th at 5:30pm. “Swirl” Spanish Wine Tasting

As part of Brasserie Purveyors’ “Swirl” Wine Tasting Series, our sommelier, Alex DiMare presents “Vino de Espana,” an event focused on showcasing fine wines from different regions of Spain. The event will include tastings of 4 specially selected Spanish wines, platters of Manchego cheese, Iberico and Serrano Jamon, seafood paella and housemade flan.  The tasting will take place on March 27th, from 5-7pm. Tickets are CI$25 per person and include a 10% discount off all Purveyors’ wine, spirits and craft beers purchased at the event. Other reminders…

Unbelievably, Easter is just around the corner and we’re already preparing with the creation of some great gift ideas for both children and adults. We’ll have bundles of pastel painted chocolates and treats in The Market, decadent Lent-finalizing desserts in The Brasserie and gorgeous gift baskets filled with the cakes, candies, wines, beers and snacks of your choice available through Brasserie Purveyors. Saturday, March 14th is Slow Food Day at Camana Bay. Join chefs from around the island along with Slow Food South Sound in celebrating the farm-to-table movement in Cayman. From 10am – noon, our very own Chef Daniel Taylor with be hosting a cooking demonstration in Gardenia Court using fresh Brasserie Garden ingredients.
