2nd Cooking Class of the Season
The first Cooking Class of the Series on Sunday, October 26th was a delicious success. Watermelon welcome cocktails in hand, guests took a guided tour of The Brasserie’s organic garden before sitting down to learn all about preparing 3 restaurant-quality dishes at home. At every class, we share tricks of the trade, helpful culinary hints and sell many of the products used (including the wine) straight out of the kitchen to you on the day. Wine Room
The Brasserie Wine Room is quickly becoming George Town’s culinary “it” spot for dinner and drinks. We’ve now had the pleasure of hosting multiple events in this classically intimate setting, and the feedback has been unequivocally positive. ‘Tis the season… for Chai!
Have you tried our Organic Coconut Crème Chai?
