As the pioneer of the local Farm to Table movement, and awarded Best Farm to Table Restaurant in Cayman, we’re excited to kick off our 2016-2017 Harvest Dinner Series on Friday 11th of November, with Chef Dean’s popular dinner served ‘family style’ under the gorgeous evening sky, in our organic garden. Cooking Class with Chef Dean Max

The second session of the popular Brasserie Cooking Class Series is on Sunday, 13th of November. Come out to see what exciting new recipes Chef Dean has up his sleeve.
