Our Brasserie Cooking Class is back for another season starting Sunday, 16th of October at 11AM. It’s going to be better than ever with all new recipes featuring our farm fresh ingredients and seafood from our very own fishing boats. Tickets are CI$90 (grats. included), and include a garden-to-bar welcome cocktail, three course lunch, sommelier-created wine pairings and a recipe booklet to take home. Ghee Pops Up!
Past Head Chef, Niven Patel, is shortly opening his very first restaurant in Miami, but not before coming back to the Brasserie for a special pop up dinner! From 7PM on Friday, 14 October, enjoy welcome cocktails, canapés and a three course supper served “family style,” expertly paired with hand-selected wines. Canadian Thanksgiving MSP
On October 10th, celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving with us during a special Monday’s Secret Pleasure. On Wednesday 26th of October, we want to make sure your next party has the best beverages on island! A great way to start your weekend, this #happyhumpday event includes four mixologist-created cocktails paired with seasonal bites by Chef Thomas. Space is limited, so email us for reservations. Pilates for Pink: October 8th
