All your favourites are back at The Brasserie! There’s a menu special every day in June and July to suit all taste buds.
Join us on Mondays for a dish that has been cooked for more than two centuries, originated in Valencia, and is named after the pan in which it is cooked. For just CI$ 99 you can enjoy a paella for two with a bottle of wine at lunch or dinner. According to 400 amateur chefs aged over 50 from 266 Valencian villages, the 10 permitted ingredients in paella are rice, water, olive oil, salt, saffron, tomato, flat green beans, lima beans, chicken and rabbit. The research was carried out by social scientists at the Universidad Católica de Valencia. Apparently to some people in Valencia, paella can only be made from water from the region! In 2021, the regional government declared Valencian paella a cultural asset. With so much history to absorb and flavours to taste, you can’t miss ‘Paella and Wine’ on Mondays.
Indulge in authentic, aromatic Thai flavours every Tuesday at The Brasserie. Savour a succulent Shrimp Pad Thai or a vibrant Garden Green Papaya Salad made with homegrown ingredients from our garden. One tantalising aspect of Thai cuisine is its emphasis on fresh and aromatic ingredients. Utilising a variety of herbs and spices, such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and basil to infuse each dish with distinctive flavours, Thai food has become one of the most influential cuisines in the world and for good reason. Next time you visit The Brasserie, take a stroll through our flourishing garden just metres from the kitchen where we harvest our fresh herbs.
On Wednesdays enjoy classic comfort dishes from our popular Beef Wellington encased in a flaky golden crust, to traditional Brasserie Catch fish with deliciously satisfying chips. You can also relish favourite housemade pasta specials including our comforting signature CAB Beef Bolognese.
Did we mention that tacos are back? Savour a flavour fiesta on Thursdays with our taco and margarita specials. Mouthwatering carne asada and zesty chicken enchilada tacos best paired with a refreshing classic margarita; an iconic duo that perfectly exemplifies the vibrant flavours of Mexican cuisine. The Brasserie’s Chef de Cuisine Artemio, aka Arte, is from Oaxaca, the “food capital” of Mexico. One of his favourite foods is fresh homemade tortillas, which inspired him to pursue his successful culinary career. Every Thursday in June, tacos are CI$ 4 and a margarita is CI$ 10.
Friday is all about our signature wood-fired pizza special of achiote chicken and fresh garden vegetables, or keep it simple with a Margherita pizza championing local tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Pair your pizza with a smooth glass of pinot to end the work week. The contrast between the fresh herbs and cheesiness of a Margherita and the light, earthly spice of pinot ends up boosting both flavours.
Enjoy a Summer Special every weekday in June from 11:30am to 10pm at The Brasserie in Cricket Square. To make a reservation at the restaurant, email us or call +1 345 945 1815.
