Sweet success at Taste of Cayman

The numbers are in.

Over 650 coconut profiteroles, 38 gallons of garden passionfruit lemonade and 62 bottles of Prairie Organic Spirits were consumed from The Brasserie’s booths at Taste of Cayman on Saturday.

Coconuts, palm fronds and colourful bunting decorated the stalls, as people queued to eagerly taste the smoked fish tostadas and Prairie Cucumber Vodka.

More than 5,000 people attended the 29th annual event, with a huge crowd watching on as Chef Thomas made his famous fish tea and shared his passion for hunting the invasive lion fish from the waters around Cayman and serving it on restaurant menus.

A truly successful celebration of Cayman’s diverse and fabulous foodie scene.
