The Brasserie receives Cayman Restaurant of the Year award, and more!

The 5th of November was a big night for The Braz team, attending the very prestigious annual Table Talk Awards ceremony at The Marriott. The evening was filled with anticipation and excitement in the air, with the entire Cayman culinary scene in attendance.

Our excellent, hard-working team ensured we took home not one, not two, but THREE awards! We are incredibly proud as we have been voted by Cayman as Best Place for Lunch, Best Farm to Table Restaurant and last, and by no means least, the Cayman Restaurant of the Year!!

We couldn’t be more ecstatic, as our chefs, fishermen and gardening team have been working harder than ever to bring you the best Farm to Table experience Cayman has to offer. Winning the Farm to Table award is such an honour, since we truly believe in the movement, and continue to grow by supporting local farmers and fishermen. We are committed and dedicated as we deliver organically-grown produce, fresh eggs from our ‘Chateau Chooks’, and fresh fish caught from our own fishing boats, Catch I and Catch II, on a daily basis. Check out our beloved head gardener Aide below, who is the driving force behind our impeccable organic garden.
