Meet Eduardo, the newest member to the Brasserie Purveyors team! Wine Sommelier, Eduardo Contreras is a globetrotting, award-winning sommelier who has worked at some of the finest restaurants and luxury hotels in the world.
Prior to joining the Brasserie Purveyors team, Eduardo served as Head Sommelier at various properties including the Shangri-La in Abu Dhabi, the Four Seasons in Mauritius, the One&Only in Dubai, and Constance Ephelia in Seychelles. He holds a number of prestigious accolades including the “Best Tasting Award” and the first runner-up at the International Best Sommelier Competition in Shanghai, China.
