THE BRASSERIE — There’s no better place to celebrate American Thanksgiving than amongst family and friends at The Brasserie. Did you know, according to historians, no turkey was served at the first Thanksgiving held in the autumn of 1621? Never fear, we will be serving organic turkey as part of a three-course traditional feast in celebration of a bountiful harvest. Our roasted apple pie with maple syrup ice cream is a must!
